3 Judgment and Execution
Once the court has passed judgment you will be able to enforce it. This means the court thinks that the debtor should pay you the amount you have claimed and there are mechanisms available for you to obtain this money you are owed.
If your debt is under £600 – we will instruct the local county court bailiff to recover the debt.
If your debt is over £600 – we must transfer your judgment to the High Court Enforcement Officer to enforce.
Costs incurred at stage 3 – our costs for assisting you with enforcing your debt, is detailed on the following downloadable pdf.
