We always respond quickly to emergencies involving domestic violence. If someone is physically, sexually or psychologically abusing you, please get in touch with us now – we can help. Our immediate priority is to get you safe.

The first step is to discuss your needs and how best to protect you from your abuser. If appropriate, we will make an injunction application to the court. This prevents your abuser from coming near you. Any order that the court makes carries a power of arrest, which the Police will automatically carry out, providing you with immediate and effective protection.

As well as getting protection for you, we can give advice on matters relating to your children if they are involved, including maintenance, the family home, rights of occupation and other legal issues.
