It is essential that a legal document as powerful as a will be kept up-to-date in order to accurately reflect your wishes. Changes in personal situation, family arrangements or changes to tax or legislation often require wills to be amended or even to be made again.
In recognition of this, it is an established practice at Ginn & Co to offer free will reviews to our clients.
As well as advising our clients to undertake a will review with us every 5 years, we are more than happy to give our clients free reviews whenever they ask as changes in their circumstances dictate. We are also happy to carry out reviews of wills for clients who have made their wills elsewhere.
However, we realise that in the hustle-and-bustle of modern living even the most important matters may occasionally be booted into the long grass as we struggle to find time to fit everything in. It is with this in mind that we are pleased to announce that we are now making available a will review service via Skype. This is intended to make your will review quicker, easier and more convenient, without compromising on quality or the personal attention we endeavour to give each of our clients.
Setting up a Skype will review with us is simplicity itself: all you need to give us is a time and your skype details and then wait with computer and webcam at the ready for our call.
